A second photo shows him with another player. The third reproduces the cover of the Sept. 11, 1983 “New York Times Magazine.” John is shown on the cover as a pitcher for the California Angels. Inside is an article titled “The Timeless Boyhood of an American Hero.” The black & white photos are generally ex with minor edge or corner issues. Kevin Keating authenticated the autographs.
