Cy Young Award. Instead, he finished second in the voting to Steve Carlton, who had three more wins than John, and three more losses as well. John was the ace of the Dodgers’ pitching staff as he won 20 games for the first time and helped the team to win the N.L. pennant. The 24” trophy rests on a 5” x 5” marble base and is nm.
