Lot 236. 1908 Millionaires March Sheet Music Honoring the Williamsport Millionaires Team. The Millionaires were an entry in the Tri-State League. After they won the 1908 league championship, either by commission or his own initiate, C. D. Henninger composed “The Millionaires” March Two-Step to celebrate their success. Henninger also wrote the Cuban Independence March and Two-Step. The team and its mascot, a young boy, are pictured on the cover of the 10 ½” x 14” sheet music. The sepia photo is reported to be the only surviving image of the team. Vg with some small edge tips, a ½” tear and a couple of tiny tears
