 Lot 78. 29 Football Autographs Including Ditka, Ewbank, Flaherty, Starr, Non-HoFers. Autographs are mint 9s or gem mint 10s unless otherwise noted on various media. The Hall of Fame signers are Mike Ditka on a George Halas first day envelope, Weeb Ewbank on a 1989 Swell Great card certified by PSA-DNA, Ray Flaherty on a 1988 Swell Great card certified by PSA-DNA, Tommy McDonald at the end of a brief note on a section of paper (nm-m 8), Bart Starr on a Pop Warner first day of issue (personalized), and Charley Trippi, two signatures, one on a 6” x 8” newspaper photo and the other on a 6” x 7 ¼” newspaper cartoon by Alan Mayer. Six signatures are on Topps cards: Rick Casares (1960), Harlon Hill (nm 7), Jim McMahon (pers., 1984), Ken Stabler (1981), Bob Trumpy (nm-m 8, 1975) and Joe Walton (1962).  Lot 79. Pittsburgh Steelers Collection of Autographs and Memorabilia. Signatures of Terry Bradshaw and Dwight White head a list of 50 autographs. With a few exceptions, the autographs are mint 9s or gem mints 10s unless otherwise noted. Bradshaw signed a Steelers 1980 envelope along with another Hall of Fame member, Dan Rooney. White’s autograph is a bold beauty on an 8” x 10” black & white photo. Bill Dudley signed an unlined index card. Eight signatures are presented on a 1962 color 8” x 10” team photo: Torgy Torgeson, Joe Krupa, Bill “Red” Mack, Tom Bettis, Dick Hoak, Brady Keys, Harlon Hill and Preston Carpenter. Thirty-four signatures are on football cards. Bowman: Darrell Hogan (1952 small), Lynn Chandnois (1952 large), Hogan (1954), Chandnois (1954), and Dale Dodrill (1955). Accompanying the autographs are: Steelers Christmas Cards (7), including 2000 and 2003-2008. Each has a team photo and facsimile autographs. Nm-m. Official Super Bowl IX and X Medals; apparently 60 grams of essentially pure silver each. Both show some tarnishing. Steelers Mugs: Post-Gazette newspaper headline mug for Super Bowl X, ex, and a logo mug for Super Bowl XIII, shows crazing. Pennants: All full-sized and have typical tack holes. 1970s Steelers helmet logo pennant vg-ex, 1979 Super Bowl XIII Champs photo pennant ex-m and 1980 AFC Champions Super Bowl XIV pennant ex-m.
