Lot 33. 1912 T207 Card of Arthur Phelan with a Cycle Cigarettes Back. Only Red Cross advertising is scarcer than the Cycle brand on the backs of these cards. This example has four pin holes that are away from Phelan’s image and miss the red text and advertising on the back.
