Lot 67.  Willie Mays Single-Signed Baseball. Very nice Mays mint 9 signature on an nm de Beer & Son Little League baseball. Mays signed the sweet spot. On the north panel, he personalized the ball to “Danny.” Authenticated by Kevin Keating.

Lot 68.  Pete Rose Signed Baseball Bat. Rose signed a Young Bat Co. Professional Model Hit King #4256 bat and added below his signature “Hit King #4256.” His signature is mint 9 on an nm-m 34” black and natural bat. Authenticated by Kevin Keating.

Lot 69.  Richie Ashburn Yellow Plaque HoF Postcard Boldly Signed and PSA-Slabbed! Kevin Keating also authenticated this autograph, which is nm-m 8 to mint 9. Ashburn passed away in 1997, two years after his Hall of Fame induction.

Lot 70.  Ray Benge Autograph - Indians, Phils, Dodgers, Braves, Reds Pitcher, 1925-38. Benge was a good pitcher on bad baseball teams. From 1928-36, he played for Philadelphia, Brooklyn or Boston. In these nine seasons, only one team had a .500 or better record – the Phils in 1932 (78-76). Despite playing for poor teams, Benge was one of only six N.L. pitcher who won in double figures from 1929-34. He had winning seasons in 1932 (13-12) and 1934 (14-12). His winning percentage was consistently better than his team’s. His career statistics include 101 wins and 130 losses. His signature is on an 8 ½” x 11” page that includes baseball recollections. The signature is large and bold and reveals some shaking in his hand. The information on the sheet was filled in by another writer. Authenticated by Kevin Keating.

Lot 71.  Roger Clemens Autograph on a 1986 World Series Official Baseball. In the 1986 season, “The Rocket” was phenomenal. He won 24 games, lost only 4, recorded a 2.48 ERA and won the Cy Young and MVP Awards. He started two games that resulted in no decision in the 1986 World Series. His signature is a gem mint 10 on a side (west) panel below the World Series 1986 logo. Authenticated by Kevin Keating.

Lot 78.  Mark Fidrych Autograph on the Sweet Spot of an OAL Budig Baseball. Gem mint 10 signature on an nm ball. Fidrych added “The Bird” below his signature. The beloved Tigers' pitcher passed away recently. In his one full season before he injured his arm, Fidrych posted a 19-9 record and a 2.34 ERA. Authenticated by Kevin Keating.

Lot 80.  Harry Hooper Signed Yellow Plaque Hall of Fame Postcard. Hooper’s signature on the top margin is an nn-m 8 to mint 9, strong and perfect for display. Hooper is one of the tougher yellow plaques to acquire. The Red Sox right fielder was enshrined at Cooperstown in 1971 and passed away in 1974. Authenticated by Kevin Keating.
