Empire Football League Game-Used Ball.
Lot 541. Empire Football League Game-Used Ball. Formed in 1969, the EFL is a semi-pro league with teams, now or in the past, in Pennsylvania, New York, Vermont, Connecticut, Quebec and Ontario. The Scranton, Pa., squad has been the league’s dominant team. The Wilson ball, probably from the 1970s, shows substantial use; the two white stripes are almost worn away. The “EFL” and “Empire Football League” stamped impressions remain relatively strong.
Winning Bid $9.
